After much investigation, deliberation and debate, we feel a coalition of corruption has been established in our political system. Some industry groups, corporations and wealthy people have bought and paid for Republican legislators and GOP public servants across our country for the purpose of owning our Democracy. With the former president as a autocratic leader, they can control all aspects of American government, the American people’s fate and the future of the world. The profit making potential is enormous. The pain and suffering of average American citizens is horrendous. There is nothing as horrible as America losing it’s People’s Democracy through treason by our elected officials.
Repeal Citizens United – This has allowed unlimited dark money to totally corrupt our system of Democracy. Some of our public servants have become wheeling dealing moneygrubbers corrupted by creative forms of bribery. Is our Democracy of the people, by the people, for the people or not? Corporations, industries and big businesses are not the “American people”. Citizens united has led to a coup attempt!
Lobbyists – The lobby industry has become a branch of our government. Perhaps the most powerful, although it is somewhat shrouded in secrecy. This is where the great wealth of America’s industries, corporations and other entities is used to creatively bribe our public officials. In many cases businesses will write their own legislation. The corruption is so brazen. The further culmination of this corruption was when the former president gave billions of dollars in tax breaks to these corporations and then awarded cabinet posts so they could regulate their own industries. The corporations and industries then gave money to the former president and his GOP cohorts in crime. The circle is complete! No wonder they would attempt an election overthrow. Is this system what we want for America?
